IPersistDictionaryInstance

Per-context dictionary persistence instance interface. Scoped to a specific (signalId, dictionaryName) pair.

Used by DictionaryPersistInstance for crash-safe per-signal dictionary storage. Custom adapters should implement this interface to override the default file-based dictionary behavior.
